What Rainel Does

Rainel (Rainbow Elimination) is a mobile puzzle game for iOS and Android. Gameplay progress (level, currency, unlocks) is stored on your device. The app shows ads and offers optional in-app purchases to support free play.

Information Collected Automatically

Rainel uses Firebase (Google) for crash reporting and basic gameplay analytics. This may include:

• Device identifiers, model, and operating system version
• App version, session length, and in-game events (e.g. level completed, item purchased)
• Crash and error logs
• Approximate location derived from IP address

This data is used only to fix bugs, understand which parts of the game are used, and improve the experience. It is not linked to your name or contact details.

Advertising

Rainel shows ads through ad mediation (Unity LevelPlay / AppLovin MAX), which may serve ads from several ad networks. These networks may collect advertising identifiers (such as IDFA or the Android Advertising ID) and usage data to show and measure ads, and in some cases to personalize them.

On iOS, Rainel requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before using the advertising identifier for personalized ads. You can decline this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, you can reset or opt out of ads personalization in your device's Google Settings → Ads.

In-App Purchases

Rainel offers optional purchases (removing ads, extra swaps, extra hints). Purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. Rainel does not receive or store your payment details — only a confirmation that a purchase was completed, used to unlock the corresponding item.

Data Storage

Your gameplay progress is stored locally on your device. Analytics and crash data collected by Firebase is stored on Google's servers in accordance with Firebase's own policies, linked above.

Children's Privacy

Rainel is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

Your Choices

You can limit ad personalization through your device's privacy settings (see "Advertising" above), or purchase "Remove Ads" to stop ads entirely. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored gameplay data from your device.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes in a material way, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
